Malavika was first introduced to Yoga in her school in India. During her career in the financial sector, she realized that there was more to life. She embarked on a journey to find the happiness she was always looking for through Yoga and Meditation.
She is a mindfulness practitioner (Vipassana) and a certified Yoga teacher from Sri Yoga. She teaches Yoga as a medium to generate greater awareness of the body, mind and breath so you can start uncovering your calm and centered self. She is currently studying Gyan Yoga. She is sweet, inquisitive, always smiling and deceptively strong! She wants to share with the world that the peace, contentment and acceptance we’ve been looking for, is right here, within us! As a life long learner, she enjoys reading ancient yogic texts to gain a deeper understanding of the path to liberation.
