Our thoughts & emotions determine the quality of our life. The Inner Voyage is about taking out a little time to understand ourselves better so that we can direct our energy into fruitful, useful thoughts & actions

It’s about first & foremost truly accepting ourselves for what we are and then – with compassion and love, recognizing things that have built up in our sub-conscious mind which don’t serve us any longer.

As you learn more and more about your true self, external factors have a lesser tendency to throw you off balance. You develop the ability to choose how to respond rather than react automatically.

Why?
Depression & stress are constantly increasing in our society. Boredom and restlessness are rampant and we have become dependent on constant stimulation.
This journey provides you with a calm center, which you can return to whenever you like. With mindfulness & yoga you start learning how to identify your negative habit patterns and you start finding joy in everyday life.
